COMPREHENSIVE EXECUTIVE HEALTH EXAM (24+)
We offer personalized assessments to identify risks, detect early symptoms and find opportunities to optimize your health so you can live your best life. Includes a full physical exam, specialist access, comprehensive testing, and a detailed Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Health Report and review. For ages 24+.
- Complete personalized assessment, full physician exam, comprehensive medical history, and health risk assessment
- On-site lab screening (blood tests)
- Immunization review and preventative vaccines
- Travel medicine consultation
- Fitness and functional movement assessments (One (1) hour with Physiotherapist and One (1)hour with Exercise Therapist)
- One (1) hour with Dietitian
- One (1) hour with Psychologist
- Comprehensive MDT health report and review of recommendations with team
- Physical exam with physician
- On-site lab screening (blood tests)
- One (1) session with Physiotherapist (Functional Movement Assessment)
- One (1) Dietitian and nutritional counselling session

INTRODUCTORY HEALTH & WELLNESS

ADULT EXECUTIVE FULL CARE PLAN
Actively participate in your own health and enjoy all of the benefits a yearly comprehensive health assessment as well as ongoing personalized care, immediate access to specialists, advanced evidence-based screening and diagnostics, and contact with a benefits expert to recoup health care costs. For ages 24+.
- One (1) yearly Comprehensive Health Assessment
- 25 sessions of choice from any of the following: Physiotherapist, Exercise Therapy or Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Nutritional counselling with Dietitian
- Two (2) sessions with a Psychologist per year
- 30 XBody sessions
- One (1) consultation with YYC Injectionist and/or laser hair removal specialist
- 23&me Genetic Testing and Reports
YOUTH + CHILDREN PLANS
Young adults face dynamic and complex physical and mental health challenges. Partner with a health care provider that gets it. We’ve designed a specialized and personalized health care exam to help set today’s youth up for success, enabling them to find solutions and live their best life. For ages 18 to 24.
